REGISTRATION- Check-in will be Oct. 9th 5pm-9pm at Dick's Sporting Goods in the Westfield Citrus Park Mall. Teams traveling from far away will be permitted to check-in on Sat. prior to their first game. Click here for Directions
Team check-in for the Adidas Columbus Day Classic will take place on Friday, October 9th from5pm-9pm at the Dick’s Sporting Goods located within the Westfield Citrus Park Mall. Dick’s Sportinggoods is located on the north side of the mall between the food court and Dillard’s. The check in area will be located just inside the mall entrance of Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Westfield Citrus Park Mall is conveniently located off of Exit 9, Gunn Highway, on the Veterans Expressway.
From north or south on the Veterans Expressway, go west off of Exit 9.
From North Pinellas County, take Tampa Road east until it turns into Hillsborough Ave, turn north
onto Sheldon Rd (i.e. Memorial Hwy. southside of the street) and the center will be on the right.
From South Pinellas County, take I275 north to the Veterans Expressway, Exit 9, Gunn Highway.
From Northeast Tampa, take Bruce B. Downs west to Bearss/Ehrlich, turn south onto Gunn Highway
and the center will be on the right.
From Southeast or South Tampa, take
Busch west where it will turn into Gunn
Highway and the center will be on the
right after the Veterans Expressway.

Team Check-in/Registration Requirements
US Teams:

Roster Sizes:

U9/U10 6v6 teams are limited to 12 players identified at Registration.

U11 8v8 teams are limited to 14 players identified at Registration

U12 8v8 teams are limited to 14 players identified at Registration

U13 to U15 Teams are limited to 18 players identified at Registration

U16, U17 and U18/U19 Teams can have 22 players on their rosters turned in at Registration; however teams must identify 18 players before each game with the referees. Only 18 players in each game are allowed to play.
Four guest players per team will be permitted for all age groups. US Club Soccer teams may only take guest players registered under US Club Soccer, and USYSA teams may only take guest players registered with properly stamped USYSA player pass cards.
The following is a break-down of how each division will work:
4 Team Division
Each team will play 3 games and top 2 teams in points will play in Final.
6 Team Division
Each team will play 3 games against the 3 teams from the opposite group. 2 teams with highest point total in the ENTIRE Division will play in Final.
8 Team Division
Each team will play 3 games against the other 3 teams in their group. Group A winner will play Group B winner in Final.
12 Team Division
Each team will play 2 games against the other 2 teams in their group. Winner of each group will play in Semi’s. Teams not advancing to the Semi’s will play a consolation game for their 3rd match. The 2 Semi-Final winners will play in Final.
Tie Breakers-
1. Points- win=3pts tie= 1pt loss= 0 pts
2. Head to Head competition
3. Net goal differential with a maximum of 3 goals per game
4. Extra Point for Shut-out in group play(not including forfeits).
5. Least amount of goals allowed
6. Most goals scored with a maximum of 3 per game
7. Penalty Kicks
